History of Sikhism= Guru nanak and Angad Dev
Guru Nanak and Angad dev
India Sikhism was found in the 15th century by a person named Guru Nanak. The word "Sikh" translated in Punjab means disciple, so it represents the disciple due to Guru Nanak, he was a social reformer. Angad dev, was a person who allowed Guru Nanak to succeed as a leader and he gathered all the writings, and called it language of Guru or Gurumhki.
Beliefs:
Sikhism has a great relationship with Hinduism and Islam. Sikhism to people is to believe in one god, and they treat each other equally by having hard work, as shown below.
The 5 K's of Belief
Kesh (Hair)They believe that nature shouldn't be disturbed by anything, and that is the reason they let their hair grow long without cutting them.

Kara (steel bangle)The kara represent as the strength of people and men and women all wear it on their wrists.

Kirpan (dagger)The kirpan represents self-defence and protection from injustice and is a small sword that fights off evil spirits from innocent people.

KachhaKachha is a special shorts worn for the Guru Gobind Singh's day, it is also worn as the military uniform.

FestivalsThe last is festivals where people celebrate for the believable Gods.

Festivals of Sikhism
GurupurabThey celebrate Guru Nanak's birthday, they decorate their houses with lamp lights and in gurudwaras(sikh temple), they share special services.

LohriThe Lohri festival is celebrated in the end of winter, it is famous to unmarried people, because they will pray for husbands and good marriages.
