Colonization
Brief History
Colonization is a country settling in a another country like British colonized India, or the spread of political and economic control through the area by a nation that citizens who have controlled that area. India was a culturally and politically country which explored by European. Most of the European countries likes Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, French and British all wanted to establish a firm presence in South Asia . They established the East India company which became India’s colonial administration. The British exploited Hindu-Islamic rivalries and were able to control over the Asian sea trade. The company faced into political and cultural problems as the many relationships established with local sultans and princes became difficult to maintain. Also they believed the British were trying to destroy the caste system. The Sepoy Rebellion of 1857 resulted in Hindus and Muslims attempt to make the British away. The Three Month War resulted in the British government taking over administration of India . After the rebellion was put down, India became a British colony until independence was granted in 1947. The effects of British rule were far-reaching and sometimes unpopular,so it is not easy united.The economic becames towards Britain as India exported raw material and imported manufactured goods from Europe. British rule influenced the spatial layout of India’s production and circulation system, several important cities grew rapidly and the rail systems allowed India to expand and improve when independence came. Despite advances in industrial productivity, medical advances , and improvement of people who were in the lower castes, British rule was detested and they were determined to oust the British.

Due to the spread of British colonies it spreaded the religion all around India, so India can exist five religions: Sikhism, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, and Christian, but the main religion is buddhism, so there is alot of temples in India, also the monks. Buddhism is a big power in India, and it is developed from Chritian, and the election of India always affect by the different religions.
